Mr. Whitlock is a consultant to Lowe, Brockenbrough in equity and quantitative research.  Mr. Whitlock worked for 23 years at Lowe, Brockenbrough as a Managing Director in equity research and management. He was previously President and Chief Investment Officer of Commonwealth Investment Counsel, a subsidiary of Wheat First Butcher Singer. He holds a B.A. in History from the University of Richmond and an M.S. in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University. Mr. Whitlock has 45 years of investment experience.
